In the calendar, you can swipe left or right. Descriptions and dates of holidays can be found in the calendar or their details can be displayed on a specific day.
New events can be entered easily and quickly by entering basic information.
It doesn't matter if it's a wedding anniversary, celebration or meeting - PL Calendar informs you in a clear way.
PL Calendar will also remind you about name days in the family. Call them directly from the application and make them happy!
You can place a small or large widget on the screen to show today's date and today's name day.
The widget will also remind you of scheduled events in your calendar and your friends' name days.
The calendar also reminds you about the change of summer and winter time and the beginning of the seasons, and also shows the sunrise and sunset times and the moon phases.

Tips on how to enter events:
1. The event date can be entered in several ways. Choose the one that suits you best:
- Press the plus in the top bar.
- Detailed view after a single tap of the application button
- Long-press your finger on a specific day in the calendar
2. You don't have to enter the end of the event if you don't know it yet - it can remain the same as the beginning.
In this case, only the start time will be shown, for example: 8:00 doctor.
3. If the event date changes, move it to the beginning. The end time and notification will also be moved automatically.
4. Selecting the primary calendar:
If you also have Kalendář CZ or Kalendár SK installed, at least version 3.1.0, you can select which calendar will send notifications.
5. Required settings:
For the application to function correctly, it is necessary to grant the application all necessary permissions and its background operation cannot be restricted.
If these necessary settings are not made, some functions of the application may not work properly; mainly widget updates and sending notifications.
Note:
Polish calendar with names, holidays and school vacation is free.
All dates will be free for one year, after installing the updated version of these applications.
In the current version of the calendar, data on non-working days are valid until the end of 2026.
Data on non-school days are valid until the end of the 2024/2025 school year.
